After spending 27 years in leadership roles working for financial institutions such as Commonwealth Bank, Rabobank and ING Bank (Australia), Tim decided to combine his experience in corporate environments with his passion for improving the mental health of Australians by starting a mental health charity focused on preventing, controlling and reducing mental health illnesses, disorders and suicide impacting Australian men.
