Business owners have unique requirements when it comes to managing their income risk. This ranges from their quantification and underwriting, to the functional impact of their contracts at time of claim. In recent years, significant change to income protection contracts has impacted self-employed clients more than any other demographic. In this session we explore the key considerations, how to get it right, and how to position income protection to business owners while considering where lump sum insurance can appropriately fill a need in compliment of the limits of income protection.
