Jade Burford is a Partner and Senior Adviser at MBS Insurance WA. Jade has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for the past 15 years and has a vast knowledge base spanning from an early career in Biomedical Sciences before discovering her true passion for the Financial Services Industry. Jade aims to ensure that all of her clients are correctly managing or mitigating any risks they can in order to ensure that they are able to work towards achieving their overall long term objectives without taking on board any uncalculated risk.
Jade has a passion for ensuring that all insurance policies her clients hold have taken into account their genetic predisposition and the medical definitions that sit within the policies are suitable based on the client’s medical history.
Jade currently holds her Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. Prior to this, Jade obtained a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences. Jade is passionate about assisting her clients to ensure that they can sleep well at night knowing that they are protected in the best way that they possibly can be.

Phil Thompson is the CEO and Financial Adviser at Skye Wealth, where they specialise in delivering personal insurance advice to young professionals and families. With over a decade of experience in holistic financial advice, Phil made the strategic shift to focus solely on insurance in 2020 - leading Skye Wealth through a huge growth phase growing on average 75% year on year for the last 5 years since moving to insurance only advice. Skye’s known for making complex insurance decisions simple, clear, and tailored to each client’s life stage. Phil is passionate about helping clients gain peace of mind through the right cover and is a strong advocate for elevating the role of insurance in the financial advice landscape.

Kieran joined Zurich from ANZ in 2018 and has held a number of role within Zurich including Head of Propositions, Chief Distribution Office and currently the Head of Adviser Channel.
With more than 30 years of financial services experience, Kieran has deep financial services knowledge and expertise and has strong leadership and relationship management skills. He has held roles across Australia, New Zealand and the UK and before joining Zurich, he held senior roles within ANZ in both New Zealand and Australia including leading ANZ New Zealand’s Private Banking business and ANZ Australia’s Financial Planning business.

Rob is the founder and CEO of HPH Solutions, a self-licensed financial planning firm established in 2002. HPH exists to enrich lives through evidence-based strategies that enhance the wealth and wellbeing of its community.
Rob is a CFP® with a BSc, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, and is a Fellow of the FAAA.
He enjoys running, basketball, and building a purpose-driven business. Rob is married to Emma, and together they’re proud parents of two sons, a daughter, and a spirited Airedale Terrier named Juno.
